Payments, Billing, & Tax Compliance

Payment ProcessingAll purchases must be paid in full through our integrated, authorized third-party payment gateways before any physical dispatch or digital consultations occur.
Currency & FeesTransactions will be billed in Indian Rupees (INR). You are entirely responsible for any additional foreign exchange fees or international transaction taxes imposed by your banking institution.
TaxationAll applicable local, state, and national sales taxes or Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and added transparently at check-out.

Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policies

Consultation SchedulingAppointments for live audio, video, or chat consultations must be booked in advance. If you miss your scheduled window without providing a minimum 24-hour notice, the booking fee will be forfeit.
Digital & Personalized GoodsDigital reports (e.g., custom Kundli charts, PDF Vaastu map layouts) and customized gemstone creations cannot be returned or refunded once generation or customization has begun.
Physical Goods ReturnsDefective or physically damaged tangible items must be reported within 48 hours of arrival with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
